Microsoft is expanding its highly popular MTA certification program from the academic market to provide essential technology training, confidence and an industry-recognized certification to professionals and new entrants to IT -- or for experienced business professionals seeking to enhance their careers by adding a technology skill set.

The Microsoft Technology Associate certification prepares new entrants for careers with learning content for 12 exam topics leading to three technology tracks, including IT cloud in IT Infrastructure, Database and Software Development. Individual MTA courses can be delivered in just three days, with many five-day offerings available for combined topics as combining Networking and Security together.
