The headline theme of our upcoming events, both the GovCloud 2.0 webinar and the Drummond Reportworkshop and white paper, is the role of Cloud Service Brokers and how they will enable the transition to ITaaS – IT as a Service.
The second part of our webinar will focus on the emerging concept of ‘Cloud Service Brokers‘. We will showcase a number of leading CSB platform vendors and how they can enable Cloud Marketplaces.
In particular we will focus on the potential for CSBs to be used as platforms to build “Government Cloud Hubs“, where different levels of Government collaborate to maximize cost-savings for taxpayers.
Pioneers in Canada include Dave Nicholl, who called out for this type of data-center sharing between Ontario and the Federal Government.
Our webinar will feature leading Cloud Service Broker firms explaining how their technology might be utilized for this type of resource sharing between agencies, and what cost savings this might enable.
